ORDERED as follows: 1) The Plaintiffs' emergency motion for temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and declaratory relief (doc. 2 ) is DENIED to the extent they seek a temporary restraining order without first affording Governor Ivey an opportunity to be heard; 2) The Plaintiffs' emergency motion for temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and declaratory relief (doc. 2 ) is GRANTED to the extent that the motion is SET for an evidentiary hearing and oral argument on May 15, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. CT in Courtroom 2A, Frank M. Johnson Jr. United States Courthouse, One Church Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
