OPINION, MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Janet Eddy, Katlyn C. Huff, and Centurion of Missouri, LLC's Motion to Dismiss is DENIED. [ECF No. 79]. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants Boshko Ognenovski, Brackstin Gabriel Carr, and Rusty Ratliff's Motion to Dismiss, which Defendants Amanda Lake, Tommie Luntsford, and Valerie Helm join, is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Motion is GRANTED to the extent that the Court dismisses Plaintiffs' claims of failure to supervise and failure to train under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 in Count VI. In all other respects, the motion is DENIED. [ECF No. 91] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Carla L. Heckenmueller's Motion to Dismiss, which Defendants Amanda Lake, Tommie Luntsford, and Valerie Helm join, is DENIED.
